In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für das Kundenmanagement sowie die Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams im DACH-Raum. Sie koordinieren operative Aufgaben, verwalten Aufträge und stellen die Kommunikation zwischen internen Abteilungen sicher. Wir suchen jemanden mit Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen.

Aufgaben:

Being the «right hand» to the HH Pro Sales team, the Sales Operations Specialist will play integral part in the operational success of the Professional Services Category within the DACH region. Managing the day to day operations of our top tier accounts, this role will have direct/regular contact with accounts in the region. Operational tasks will include order management, after-sales, CAD-coordination and -alignment, daily management of inventory, handling of in-season warranty claims/repair programs as well as supporting the embellishment program with third parties to the expectation of our uniform partners.
This role will report to the HH Pro Sales Manager DACH and CO Manager DACH (dotted line).
Account Management Support
Business Partner to Sales Team for all Tier 1 account incl. the leadership on all processes and actions once a sales agreement is reached
Travel & support for strategic customer meetings
Service support to Sales Team for Tier 2/3 accounts
Initiate and process ancillary orders
Support on services offer to account (product sales, order processing, fit sessions, etc.)
Customer order management
Support on order entry via Elastic tool
Track and communicate pre-order and ASAP customer orders
Collaborate with Customer Operations department to vet and ensure order accuracy
Warranty, customer claims and repair service management
Organize and ensure product customization process
Capture customer wishes; create & submit CAD request briefs + follow through with internal departments and customers.
Monitor and support the internal or third party embellishment process
Sales tools & samples
Management of sales sample stock, size sets & news
Preparation of sales tools for fall/winter and spring/summer seasons
Act as super user for Elastic (order entry platform) within the HH Pro Sales team
Other
Enabler of information sharing and structured communication in between all internal local and central stakeholders (customer & product feedback, risk & opportunities, etc.)
Develop BtoB capabilities across Sport, WW and Professional Services teams.

Qualifikationen:

Post secondary degree or equivalent
Ability to understand the strategy of Helly Hansen and of key competitors and formulate tactical plans
Strong project management skills, a well-structured and thorough working style, including accurate documentation.
Proven ability to:
Prioritize and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects and complex processes
Communicate clearly, persuasively, and diplomatically to a wide range of audiences
Work in a dynamic, fast paced, changing business environment
Think conceptually and analytically
Work collaboratively with all internal stake-holders
Proficient user of Microsoft Office products, ability to use basic features of Adobe Illustrator
Carry a valid passport and is able to travel
Passion for snow and/or water based activities
Very good command of German and English language; good knowledge of French a strong plus.
