The Role

The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales team by optimizing sales processes, managing data, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role is critical in enabling the sales team to focus on client acquisition and retention by providing accurate insights and administrative support.

• Process Optimization:
  • Streamline and improve sales processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Sales Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Assist in forecasting and pipeline management.
• Sales Support:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Support the onboarding of new sales team members.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance.
  • Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve sales outcomes.
• Tool and System Management:
  • Manage and optimize sales tools and software.
  • Train sales team members on tools and processes.

Required Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Language: Fluency in English and Germany required, additional European languages are an advantage.
