Your role

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will act as the main contact between sales, customers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will also support the Head of Sales with strategic customer management, process improvements, and sales operations.

Your profile
  • Coordinate projects from preparing sales agreements to managing logistics, ensuring accurate CRM documentation.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships, support sales meetings, follow up on inquiries, and represent Circunomics at industry events.
  • Analyze and improve sales and operational processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Assist with organizational tasks like CRM updates, client onboarding, and supporting B2B marketplace activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years in sales operations, customer support, or project management, preferably in automotive or energy sectors.
  • Experience with complex B2B sales and technical knowledge of batteries is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Fluent in English; German is advantageous.
  • Self-organized, solution-oriented, and proactive work style.
Bonus Skills
  • Knowledge of SEMrush.
  • Experience in Green Tech, IoT, or Energy sectors.
  • Understanding of battery systems or energy storage.
  • Interest in Automotive, EVs, or Renewable Energy.
