Reporting to the EMEA Sales Operations Manager, this role will focus on the timely and successful implementation of new complex customer and company engagements.

The role requires the individual to lead in advising the strategic sales teams on how to match our systemic capabilities with customer and internal needs.

Once aligned, to take the lead in process definition and project planning to meet implementation timelines, allowing our sales personnel to remain externally focused.

Support the development of new capabilities as new requirements emerge. This role is crucial in driving Arrow towards its long-term market-share objectives.

Principal accountabilities :

  • Manage & execute complex projects related to special assignments, customer-specific supply, acquisitions, mergers, change management, and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee sales order processing, including receipt, booking, shipment tracking, delivery, billing, and backlog management; provide sales reports; respond to order inquiries; resolve customer order issues; manage customer retention strategies; handle return materials authorization (RMA) processes.
  • Resolve escalated operational issues, including vendor concerns and contract reviews.
  • Design and implement new processes for special services and programs; conduct market research for pricing strategies to maintain profit margins.
  • Develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operations; manage staff hiring, training, and development.
  • Oversee customer quoting activities to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with guidelines.
