As a Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d), your mission is to optimize sales processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and sustainably increase the productivity of our sales teams. Your role is crucial to the efficiency and goal achievement of our sales organization. You analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and develop smart strategies to support our business objectives. By implementing effective systems, clear processes, and working closely with the sales teams, you lay the foundation for our sales success.
Your Responsibilities
Strategy & Process Optimization:Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency within the sales process, ensuring alignment with overarching company objectives.
Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance.
Sales Enablement:Design and implement initiatives to empower our sales teams – from goal setting to results analysis.
Process Management:Optimize and standardize sales processes to ensure smooth and scalable workflows.
Forecasting & Planning:Take responsibility for forecasting, sales planning, and budgeting in close coordination with sales leadership.
Tool Management & Technology Use:Implement and manage sales tools (e.g., CRM systems) to enhance workflows and improve data quality.
Collaboration & Performance Reviews:Coordinate regularly with sales leaders to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable recommendations.
Compliance & Guidelines:Ensure adherence to internal processes and guidelines throughout the entire sales process.
Education & Experience: A completed degree in a business or technical field and several years of professional experience in sales operations, sales, or corporate strategy.
Industry Experience: In-depth knowledge of sales-related processes and best practices – ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and data literacy with the ability to derive concrete actions for process improvement.
Tools & Systems: Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Project Management: Proven success in leading sales-related projects – from goal setting and execution to performance evaluation.
Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on an equal footing and to build trust.
Language Skills: Fluent in German and English – both written and spoken.
