SharkNinja is seeking a Sales Operations Manager for Amazon to lead operational excellence and optimize sales processes. The role requires developing a high-performing team, collaborating with various functions, and ensuring accurate forecasting. The Sales Operations Manager, Amazon will play a critical leadership role in supporting SharkNinja’s Amazon business by driving operational excellence, forecast accuracy, and sales process optimization. This position will be responsible for developing and leading a team of Sales Operations Managers, ensuring seamless execution of sales operations, and enhancing predictability in our fast-paced, high-growth environment.
In addition to leading the Amazon Sales Operations function, this individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Customer Service, to drive revenue growth, optimize trade spend, and improve operational efficiencies.
