Job Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Oversee the entire client lifecycle, including screening new channel partners, tracking customer orders, managing payments, and reconciliation processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring they receive outstanding support and service.

Sales Operations:

  • Analyze and interpret sales performance data to create reliable sales forecasts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop actionable insights to help achieve sales goals and optimize current strategies.

Budget Oversight:

  • Draft and manage sales and expense budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Execute and manage channel policies and expenses in line with budget objectives.

Systems & Process Optimization:

  • Lead initiatives for system and process optimization to boost internal operational efficiency.
  • Drive innovation in workflow and service delivery, contributing to an enhanced client experience.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with no restrictions on field of study.
  2. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, ideally in managing orders for overseas markets; special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in EU/US markets or Key Account (KA) management.
  3. Hands-on experience in sales management, project management, or demand planning will be highly valued.
  4. Proficient in data analysis and skilled in using analytical tools and software.
  5. Fluency in German, English and Mandarin, with the ability to use them as a working language.
  6. Strong sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, a passion for learning, and outstanding communication skills.
