Role Overview

As a Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist, you will support business growth by managing sales tools, optimizing processes, and analyzing data to empower sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders in the EMEA region to utilize Sales Enablement and Bid Management platforms effectively, create compelling bid responses, and enhance user experience.
  2. Support the Clusters, Sectors, and Products Business Development teams and regional functions daily.
  3. Work with the global Bid Excellence team to improve platforms and processes, driving innovation and efficiency.
  4. Apply global standards and facilitate best practice sharing within the region.
  5. Develop training materials for new hires and ongoing sales team development.
  6. Streamline sales processes, gather stakeholder feedback, and propose improvements.
  7. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  8. Coordinate communication between sales and other departments.
  9. Define and monitor KPIs, providing insights for performance improvement.
Qualifications
  1. At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  2. Knowledge of CRM, sales support tools, and sales technology.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  5. Experience in process improvement, change management, and project management.
  6. Data analytics and reporting skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
  7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
