Key Responsibilities:

• Correction of SAP Material/Hierarchy Setup: Ensure SAP material master data is accurately configured and aligned with organizational requirements.
• Rebooking of Misallocated Materials: Identify and rebook materials that are wrongly mapped to incorrect cost centers.
• Dependency Checks: Review and analyze dependencies, customers, materials, matchcodes, and account managers to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Reporting Structure Evaluation: Conduct thorough checks on reporting structures and make necessary adjustments for optimal reporting functionality.
• Automated Reporting Solutions: Investigate and implement internal SAP solutions to minimize manual interventions and streamline sales reporting processes.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree at a college or university, preferably in Business Administration.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
