Qualifikationen

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales Management, Sales Operation, or Order Fulfilment.
  • Fluent in German and English required; additional languages are a plus.

ABOUT US
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator (German speaking) to join our team:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by serving as the primary contact for customers regarding all inquiries related to the order fulfilment process, logistics, and order documentation
  • Execution of Sales Orders. Focus market: DACH region
  • Track delivery status and manage delivery details to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure timely approvals in CRM to maintain efficient workflow
  • Perform risks and delays analysis and maintain accurate information in SAP to mitigate potential issues and ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate closely with internal divisions including HQ, Sales, Planning & Allocation, Logistics, Finance, Technical, and Legal to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
