  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions (Inside Sales Management, Sales Operations, or Order Fulfillment)
  • University degree (BA) in business administration or a related field

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator (German speaking) to join our team:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding inquiries related to order fulfillment, logistics, and documentation, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Execute sales orders with a focus on the DACH region
  • Track delivery status and manage delivery details for accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure timely approvals in CRM to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Perform risk and delay analysis, maintain accurate SAP information to mitigate issues
  • Collaborate with internal divisions including HQ, Sales, Planning & Allocation, Logistics, Finance, Technical, and Legal for seamless communication
