We're seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team here at Almedia. You'll be instrumental in building, streamlining, and optimizing the operational processes that empower our Partnership Managers, directly contributing to our revenue growth and market expansion.

Drive Partner Growth: You'll coordinate and execute targeted partner outreach via email, develop strategic target accounts, and manage email campaigns to attract new business opportunities.
Optimize Operational Workflows: You'll design, document, and continuously improve scalable operational processes for partner acquisition, onboarding, commission scheduling, and internal operating systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy.
Provide Strategic Insights: You'll conduct crucial market research to identify potential new partners and market trends, directly contributing to the development of effective sales plays and outreach strategies.
Enable Sales Teams: You'll provide essential back-office support, meticulously manage data within our CRM, and identify/implement new tools to empower Key Account and Partnership Managers, allowing them to focus on high-value relationship building.
Drive Data-Backed Strategies: You'll utilize data analytics to evaluate the performance of outreach campaigns, identify new market opportunities, and inform strategic decisions for revenue growth. You'll also provide partners with data-backed insights during consultations to collaboratively identify areas for revenue optimization and performance improvement.
Strong Experience in Operational Process Design: You have a proven ability to identify inefficiencies, build new workflows, and implement operational improvements, especially in a startup or evolving environment.
Proficiency with CRM and Data Management: You have experience utilizing CRM systems for data entry, reporting, and deriving actionable insights.
Effective Written Communication: You excel at crafting clear, compelling, and persuasive email outreach, internal documentation, and reports.
Analytical Acumen: You're comfortable conducting market research, analyzing data, and translating findings into strategic recommendations.
Adaptability and Initiative: You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings and are proactive in identifying solutions and opportunities without constant direction.
Bonus: Experience with partnerships, sell-through models, or B2B sales operations is a plus.
