An international airline based in Frankfurt is seeking a manager for their cargo division. The role involves leading strategies, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with standards. Candidates should possess extensive experience in cargo management and a strong understanding of customer relationships, with at least 5 years in a commercial role. Guide, lead, and direct the market through effective management of Etihad insource team with the cargo commercial and operational strategy to maximize results for relevant market. Effective achievement of objectives by setting Objectives for insource team, developing and motivating team to maximize individual and collective performance. You will drive continuous performance management and coaching to improve performance. You will comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health, and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
High School with 3 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelors Degree with 1 years relevant work experience field. Minimum 5 years commercial experience within Cargo. Extensive experience with strong customer knowledge. Fluent English - both written and spoken is essential. Strong cargo commercial experience. Basic Knowledge and experience with GHA/warehouse handling.
