Your Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in sales admin and logistics to join our growing company.

As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing PAs and assisting the Sales team with PA preparation
• Creating sales quotations, reviewing payment terms, and sending proforma invoices
• Processing sales orders via Webshop platforms (Shopify, Decathlon, Bol.com) and Stripe
• Handling customer requests and payment follow-ups
• Managing accounts receivable by issuing invoices and matching payments
• Monitoring and reviewing sales performance with team leaders
• Performing sales closing tasks monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Preparing sales reports as needed

Who Are You?

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Over 2 years of experience in sales admin or logistics preferred
• Proficiency with ERP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Exact
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Korean and Dutch is a plus
• Strong communication skills
