Role Overview

We are hiring sales negotiators for Sanoma's phone sales team in Oulu. The role involves contacting new and existing customers by phone and offering Sanoman's well-known media products such as Helsingin Sanomat, Aamulehti and Satakunnan Kansaa. No prior sales experience is required; the important things are a good attitude, willingness to learn and courage to pick up the phone. We provide training for the rest. Lead with short and flexible work days, mainly from 9:00 to 15:00, with a base pay of 9.50 €/hour plus commissions; average earnings around 15 €/hour. Remote work is possible from office or hybrid partly remote. Great onboarding and opportunities to develop sales and communication skills and career progression.
