Sales/Marketing: Product Manager, Mobile + Cloud

We are looking for a team-oriented candidate to join our Marketing Department in our Product Manager, Mobile + Cloud position! The right candidate will manage their assigned products throughout their entire lifecycle while working cross-departmentally on the creation and continued development of these products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced work environment, possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills, is goal-oriented, and works well independently.

Job Description:

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, for imaging systems, software, mobile apps, and cloud-based licensing platforms
• Gather customer issues, requests, and feedback and translate into user requirements for development teams
• Define and execute product marketing communication strategies
• Create and deliver product training materials for domestic and international sales teams
• Provide hands-on product training to customers
• Work closely with designers to create intuitive software designs for development teams
• Partner with quality control teams to rigorously test all aspects of the software prior to release
• Monitor market trends to drive innovation and make proposals to product management leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience
• 3+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, or sales products and software
• Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally (15%)
• Experience in the medical or aesthetic field
