We’re looking for a creative and results-focused hotel sales professional with good background in digital marketing for this award-winning hotel in Co Limerick. The Sales & Marketing Manager will take the lead in driving revenue, boosting brand visibility, and building lasting client relationships across all hotel departments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans across rooms, events and F&B
  • Grow and manage corporate and leisure business
  • Deliver revenue targets and report on KPIs and performance
  • Manage and work in conjunction with Digital Marketing Executive
  • Maximise online visibility, manage third-party listings, and oversee social media activity
  • Lead creative campaigns to elevate the brand—on the ground and online
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners and internal teams
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, events and familiarisation trips

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in hotel/tourism sales with proven results
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Sales/Marketing
  • Digital savvy with a strong grasp of web and social analytics
  • Confident communicator, natural relationship-builder, and strategic thinker
