What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract buyers and tenants
  • Create compelling property listings and promotional materials across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage leads, screen prospects, and coordinate property viewings
  • Guide clients through every step of the property journey—from enquiry to close and aftersales
  • Negotiate deals, advise on market trends, and collaborate with legal, construction, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless documentation and compliance

What they’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record in property sales and negotiation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A natural communicator with standout interpersonal skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease
  • Knowledge of real estate law, market regulations, and property management practices
  • Full clean Irish driving licence (PSRA licence preferred)
  • A collaborative team player who brings energy and positivity to the workplace
