expanding its presence in the European market, particularly in

theautomotive sector.

Role Description :

We are seeking aSales and Marketing Managerto lead business

development and client engagement for synthetic rubber products in the

European automotive market. The role focuses on bothdirect sales to

Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliersandstrategic engagement with OEMsto

promote the adoption of our materials.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities,

maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the

Japan headquarters and local distributors. A key part of the role is

tounderstand OEM strategies and requirements, providing valuable

feedback to guide future product development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for rubber

products

  • Manage direct sales to Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers
  • Engage with OEMs to promote product adoption and influence supplier

decisions

  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Japan HQ to align on product and

market strategies

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company

Chemical Distribution,Automotive Sales

Qualifications : Required :

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development in

theautomotive or chemical industry

  • Strong understanding ofchemical products used in automotive

applications

  • Experience working withOEMs and Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and market research capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international

teams

  • Fluency in English and German(both written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing,

Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
