Role Description :
We are seeking aSales and Marketing Managerto lead business
development and client engagement for synthetic rubber products in the
European automotive market. The role focuses on bothdirect sales to
Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliersandstrategic engagement with OEMsto
promote the adoption of our materials.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities,
maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the
Japan headquarters and local distributors. A key part of the role is
tounderstand OEM strategies and requirements, providing valuable
feedback to guide future product development.
