Healy World GmbH in Mainz seeks a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for Turkey to bridge sales and marketing efforts in a focus market. You will support the team with analytics, local content, and campaigns while coordinating translations and events.

You will work closely with copywriters, manage social channels, and help push localized initiatives across our Turkey portfolio, contributing to growth and brand consistency.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or similar.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress) and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of social media administration tasks, including content posting and scheduling.
• Strong skills in creating communication materials and print media (e-newsletters, flyers).
• Independent, goal-oriented with confidence presenting to larger groups.
• Creative, detail-oriented and well-organized with strong time management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English.

YOUR MISSION

Turkey is a focus market and needed a strong sales & marketing support bridge to drive and grow the business there.
That’s why we need someone who will actively support us and help us move forward.
Here are the tasks you can expect to take on with us

• Identifying the needs of the markets by monitoring activities and communicating regularly with the sales and marketing team
• Manage and develop localized content via social channels
• Planning,implementingand monitoring marketing activities and campaign
• Managing the social media platforms (Facebook groups) and Telegram channels to ensure information is postedin a timely mannerand to increase engagement
• Working closely with the copywriters in the team to develop creative campaigns
• Managing the translation of marketing materials into the required languages and their distribution and delivery
• Planning training topics and ensuring all monthly events, training and activities are developed and communicatedin a timely manner
• Supporting the delivery of physical and online events, in particular Zoom webinars, productlaunchesand sales related initiatives
• Selected newsletter communication and campaigns to TR members
• Working closely with sales to push out relevant localized initiatives, not limited to sales engagement, events and training.

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completeddegree in business administration, sales, marketing or similar
• Experience working with CMS platforms (preferably WordPress) and a solid understanding of Adobe CreativeCloud tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (file formats)
• Knowledge with social media administrative task, such as content posting,schedulingand basic platform management
• Strong skills in creating communication materials and print media, such as e-newsletters and flyers
• Independent, goal-oriented working style with confidence in presenting to larger groups
• Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with strong time management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fluency inwritten and spoken Turkish and English
