Healy World GmbH in Berlin is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to drive global WooCommerce operations, optimize product journeys, and manage multilingual content. You will collaborate with Development, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Care to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions for international online sales.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of professional experience in E-Commerce, Digital, Web Technologies, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Gutenberg, and WPML in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms, customer journeys, and user experience principles.
• Experience configuring and maintaining WooCommerce, including products, payments, shipping, taxes, and multilingual setups.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of deployment processes, staging environments, and software testing best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven working style.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is considered an advantage.
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement

Aufgaben

• Support international E-Commerce launches from project kickoff through successful go-live.
• Manage the global WooCommerce product portfolio, including products, pricing, promotions, subscriptions, and digital offerings.
• Configure and maintain core shop settings, including taxes, shipping, payment methods, multilingual content (WPML), and regional business rules.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Gutenberg pages, templates, and customer journeys.
• Test new features, releases, integrations, and plugins to ensure platform quality and stability.
• Monitor daily shop operations, order flows, and operational processes, including troubleshooting and manual order handling where required.
• Research, evaluate, and support the implementation of new E-Commerce technologies, plugins, and payment providers.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Customer Care to deliver scalable, high-quality E-Commerce solutions.
• Drive the continuous improvement, performance, and operational excellence of Healys global Shop platforms
