YOUR MISSION

1. Identifying the needs of the markets by monitoring activities and communicating regularly with the sales and marketing team
2. Management of marketing, social media and communication
3. Planning, implementing and monitoring marketing activities and campaigns
4. Managing the social media platforms (Facebook groups) and Telegram channels to ensure information is posted in a timely manner and to increase engagement
5. Working closely with the copywriters in the team to develop creative campaigns
6. Managing the translation of marketing materials into the required languages and their distribution and delivery
7. Planning training topics and ensuring all monthly events, training and activities are developed and communicated in a timely manner
8. Supporting the delivery of physical and online events, in particular Zoom webinars, product launches and sales related initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

1. You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or similar
2. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in network marketing / direct sales / international brands
3. You have experience in working with CMS (preferably WordPress) and basic knowledge of Adobe CC (file formats, InDesign, Photoshop and PremierPro)
4. You are good at creating communication materials / print media (e-newsletters, flyers, etc.)
5. You work independently and goal-oriented and enjoy presenting in front of larger groups
6. You are creative and detail-oriented and have good time management skills
7. You have very good MS Office skills
8. You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
