Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand our client base and revenue in the zipper industry. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients (brands, manufacturers, distributors), and lead sales strategies to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
  • Identify and target potential clients in apparel, footwear, luggage, and outdoor gear industries.
  • Develop a robust pipeline through cold calling, networking, and trade shows.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve annual sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts (e.g., fashion brands, OEMs).
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with R&D/QC teams to provide tailored zipper solutions.
  • Analyze trends in the fast fashion, luxury, and technical textiles sectors.
  • Monitor competitor products/pricing and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and design teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Mentor junior sales staff (if applicable).
