Your Mission

To support our international growth strategy, we are seeking a passionate Sales Manager focused on Western Europe, particularly France and Benelux regions.

  • Oversee business development, sales, and profitability in Western Europe, managing subsidiaries and local sales teams.
  • Develop and implement country-specific growth strategies and sales structures.
  • Advise and collaborate with country and branch managers.
  • Research new locations and identify service partners.
  • Manage costing and budgeting for countries and branches.
  • Lead by example, motivating employees with passion, commitment, and customer focus.
  • Bring several years of international sales experience in technical capital goods within a medium-sized company.
  • Have management experience and knowledge in marketing, planning, budgeting, and controlling.
  • Possess excellent technical understanding and strong business skills.
  • Be entrepreneurial, strategic, and pragmatic in your approach.
  • Experience in coaching and advising team members.
  • Fluent in French, with good knowledge of Dutch and English.
  • Work 50% at the head office (Merklingen/Blaubeuren) and travel 50%.
