Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to spearhead revenue growth and strategic business development in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will cultivate key accounts, design regional strategies, and commercialize innovative products while fostering strong partnerships with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. This role demands a blend of sales acumen, technical insight, and cross-functional leadership to achieve double-digit growth and expand our market presence.

Critical Objectives & Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Market Leadership

Drive profitable, double-digit revenue growth in EMEA through strategic account management and new business acquisition.

  • Develop and execute a tailored regional growth strategy , including channel expansion (direct / indirect) and identification of high-potential opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 suppliers (direct customers) and OEMs (indirect customers), ensuring product specification inclusion (spec-in) at OEM levels.

  • Conduct needs analysis to design mutually beneficial solutions, leveraging value-selling techniques to align products with customer goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product Management, Technical Services, and Operations to deliver seamless support—from new product launches and sample provision to pricing strategies and post-sales service.

  • Coordinate with global teams to align regional efforts with company-wide objectives, monitor budgets, and ensure quality standards are met.

Prepare competitive quotes, negotiate contracts, and optimize pricing strategies to drive volume growth and margin improvement.

  • Utilize CRM tools and data analysis to track performance, identify trends, and refine sales approaches.

Requirements & Experience

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience : 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in strategic account management (preferably in industrial adhesives, coatings, or related technologies).
  • Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the automotive / industrial value chain, with proven experience engaging Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. Familiarity with pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) or coating technologies is a plus.
  • Skills :

Exceptional negotiation, financial acumen, and business planning abilities.

  • Strong cross-functional communication and leadership to align internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data-driven sales tools.
  • Mindset : Self-motivated problem-solver with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer-centric innovation.
