Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to spearhead revenue growth and strategic business development in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will cultivate key accounts, design regional strategies, and commercialize innovative products while fostering strong partnerships with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. This role demands a blend of sales acumen, technical insight, and cross-functional leadership to achieve double-digit growth and expand our market presence.
Critical Objectives & Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Market Leadership
Drive profitable, double-digit revenue growth in EMEA through strategic account management and new business acquisition.
Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 suppliers (direct customers) and OEMs (indirect customers), ensuring product specification inclusion (spec-in) at OEM levels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Management, Technical Services, and Operations to deliver seamless support—from new product launches and sample provision to pricing strategies and post-sales service.
Prepare competitive quotes, negotiate contracts, and optimize pricing strategies to drive volume growth and margin improvement.
