AsSales Manager, you’ll play a key role in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals in the dynamic solar energy industry. You'll work closely with our expert sales and engineering teams to delivertailored solar solutionsthat make an impact. If you thrive incomplex sales processes, managing RFPs, and negotiating contracts, this role is for you!

Your Role

Drive sales– Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline

Build lasting relationships– Maintain and expand partnerships with new and existing B2B clients

Master the industry– Stay ahead of market trends and become an expert in solar solutions

Collaborate for success– Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution

Strategize & execute– Participate in research, site visits, and proposal development for large-scale projects

Be a brand ambassador– Attend industry events and conferences to expand our presence

Relevant educational background

Proven experience in B2B account management & sales(preferably within Solar industry)

Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
