Job Title : Sales Manager – Specialty Texturizing Ingredients (Germany, Remote / Flexible)

Location : Germany (Remote with travel to clients & HQ)

The Opportunity :

We’re recruiting a Sales Manager to drive growth across Germany for a market-leading producer of texturizing solutions (gums, starches, hydrocolloids). This is a high-impact role for a commercial hunter / strategist who thrives in technical B2B sales—ideal for someone passionate about connecting cutting-edge ingredients with food industry innovation.

You’ll Own :

  • Revenue Growth : Target and win new business with food manufacturers (plant-based, dairy, meat alternatives, etc.).
  • Key Accounts : Manage and expand relationships with strategic German / EU clients.
  • Technical Selling : Partner with R&D to tailor solutions for customer challenges (e.g., clean-label texture, stability).
  • Market Insight : Identify trends and feed back to HQ to shape product strategy.

We Need :

  • 5+ years in B2B ingredient sales (texturizers, hydrocolloids, or functional food additives preferred).
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of closing deals in Germany.
  • Technical fluency —able to discuss applications with R&D teams.
  • Location : Anywhere in Germany (travel ~30-40%).
