Sales Manager – OEM (Structured Cabling)

Reports to : Head of Global OEM Sales

Job Description :

The Sales Manager (OEM) will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing relationships with OEM partners in the structured(LAN) cabling domain. Experience in Fiber cables will be an added advantage.

This role involves :

  • identifying business opportunities
  • aligning technical solutions
  • meeting revenue targets through effective collaboration with OEM stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners across the USA or EU
  • Drive sales of LAN Cables through OEM channels to meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify and onboard new OEM partners to expand market reach.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and strategic account planning.
  • Collaborate with PLM and NPD teams to tailor solutions for OEM needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure profitable and sustainable business.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to inform business strategy.
  • Deliver regular performance reports, pipeline updates, and partner insights.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in OEM or channel sales, specifically in structured cabling.
