Summary
For the area “Sales Airborne / Security Solutions,” we are looking for a “Sales Manager Space Optronics (f/m/d)” at the Oberkochen or Taufkirchen location as soon as possible.
The “Sales Airborne & Space Optronics” department is responsible for sales activities and campaigns for the HENSOLDT Airborne & Space Optronics portfolio, including market analysis for product planning and competitive analysis. We are seeking reinforcement for the team, specializing in the sales of Space Optics and Laser Communication.
Your Tasks
- Preparation, planning, implementation, and management of national and international sales campaigns in accordance with our business processes
- Key account management for strategic customers in the aerospace industry
- Development of sales concepts for market entry and preparation of capture plans
- Preparation of competitive analyses and integration of market trends into the product lines
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining the national and international civil and military customer network
- Conducting contract negotiations in cooperation with the program areas
- Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders such as Business Development and Program
Your Profile
- Completed studies in engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, economics, or similar
- Existing network and professional experience in the space sector
- Several years of practical work experience in sales
- Several years of experience in customer relationship management
- Experience in the preparation of offers
- Good communication and negotiation skills across different levels and areas of responsibility
- High level of commitment, openness to other cultures, enjoyment of selling, and intercultural awareness
- Business fluent German and English skills
