We’re looking for a commercially astute Sales Manager to lead strategic growth across Germany, building key customer relationships and closing high-value IP deals.

Your Impact :

  • Own and grow major accounts in the semiconductor IP and EDA space.
  • Hit revenue and design win targets through consultative, high-touch sales.
  • Align closely with engineering and marketing to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead forecasting and pipeline management with precision.
  • Represent the business at key industry events and customer meetings.

What You’ll Bring :

  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager in semiconductor IP , EDA , ASIC, or foundry services.
  • Strong understanding of IP licensing models and embedded SoC workflows.
  • Experience selling PCIe, CXL, memory or security IP is a big plus.
  • Skilled at building senior relationships and closing complex technical sales.
  • Relevant electronics engineering degree, or equivalent.
