Sales Manager – Polymer coatings and surface protection solutions

HEGGEL GmbH , a leading company active in the field of industrial protective coating systems, executive office in Düsseldorf- Germany is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Corrosion Protection Industry to lead our team of sales engineers. We innovatively design and produce high-performance corrosion protection coatings, linings and floorings for different fields of application. The properties of our products are highlighted by extraordinary chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and weatherability. We generate a broad-spectrum of polymer coating, lining and flooring products ranging amongst the highest performance properties within today's global industry and meet our customers' demands by offering highly efficient and cost-effective world-class solutions. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales engineers and distributors
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through innovative and proven and methods in B2B sales management
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations, visit customers / sites, negotiate contracts and close deals, leveraging experience, excellent communication, negotiation, know-how and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure seamless sales and support as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition in corrosion protection industry globally

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven track record in B2B sales management, ideally industry-related
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and German
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
