Your Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with distribution partners to support presales activities and address technical inquiries from customers.
  2. Identify market potential, develop and maintain customer relationships, explore project planning, and convert market demand into orders through technical, commercial, and service support.
  3. Provide customer analysis reports and market research, track customer demands, and communicate product requests to the technical team.
  4. Understand market standards and demand trends, promote product design improvements, and develop bidding strategies for various project stages.
  5. Assist the commercial manager in contract negotiations, payment collection, and review of bidding documents.

Your Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, or a related field. A degree in Business with an energy/engineering focus is also acceptable.
  2. Knowledge and passion for sales and marketing in: a) new energy power systems or energy storage; b) consumer electronics and small power products using Li-ion batteries; c) xEV batteries, etc.
  3. Previous sales and marketing experience is advantageous.
  4. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages (e.g., German, French) is a plus.
  5. Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
  6. Strong technical discussion, negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  7. Proactive, results-oriented, and driven.
