Your mission

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in our sales team and actively shape the success of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions.

  • Independent management of the entire sales process – from acquisition to contract conclusion
  • Support of prospects together with our PreSales Consultants: From the first contact through solution presentations to project start
  • Conducting initial meetings, presentations, and workshops with potential customers
  • Analysis of customer processes and development of tailored solution concepts
  • Negotiation of contracts and ensuring long-term customer relationships
  • Active participation in shaping our market strategy
  • Close collaboration with partners such as Microsoft

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in selling Microsoft ERP solutions
  • Strong consulting skills and a deep understanding of business processes
  • Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to identify and address customer needs
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and strong communication skills
  • Confident and persuasive demeanor – even when presenting to decision-makers
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good German and good English skills
