Your responsibilities:
  • Managing a defined customer portfolio.
  • Qualifying and building new customer relationships.
  • Creating long-term customer loyalty and increasing business volume in a profit-relevant manner.
  • Developing, planning, and implementing sales promotion measures.
  • Representing the hotel at trade fairs, networking events, and sales trips.
  • Organizing and conducting site tours, telemarketing activities, client events, and FAM trips.
  • Collaborating intensively with regional and international sales offices.
  • Conducting market observation and analysis.
