Qualifikationen

POSITION SUMMARY:

Coliquio seeks an experienced, driven sales professional as Sales Manager – Medical Affairs (m/w/d). The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our growing suite of services to local medical departments of the pharmaceutical industry. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of medical solution selling within healthcare. The main responsibilities include acquiring, managing, and expanding business throughout assigned accounts. The candidate should be a supportive client partner, able to consult based on a deep understanding of clients’ needs, with a proactive approach to securing new relationships and business. Frequent travel for client meetings and medical conferences, mainly in Germany, is expected.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience and demonstrable results in selling to and working with pharmaceutical companies (experience in medical devices or biotech industries is also considered).
  • Track record of successful sales to medical teams within pharmaceutical companies.
  • Background in medicine or natural sciences (pharmacy, biology, medicine).
  • Fluency with the world of medical departments within Pharma.
  • Excellent experience in presenting to and interacting with senior management of prospect organizations.
  • Ability to sell at a strategic level, developing deep and sustained client relationships based on value.
  • Demonstrates drive, being a self-starter and independent worker.
  • Technical proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Bachelor’s Degree desirable.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
