About the Role :

The client is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to represent their organization in Southern Germany and Austria. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technical sales and eager to contribute to a sustainable, CO₂-neutral future. You’ll work from your home office, managing existing clients and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical and commercial support to existing customers.
  • Actively acquire new customers and grow the client base.
  • Serve as the interface between customers and internal departments.
  • Participate in trade fairs and customer events.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, etc. or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales
  • Good knowledge of electrical drive technology, ideally frequency inverter technology
  • Strong communication skills, a friendly, confident manner and social skills / ability to work in a team
  • High level of initiative, enthusiasm for sales and dealing with customers
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to travel
