Zusammenfassung

A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Ukrainian market in the construction industry. This role involves establishing networks, driving technical and commercial projects, and ultimately building a local sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, sales success, and fluency in Ukrainian, and will be required to be based in the Greater Kiev region or willing to relocate.

Qualifikationen

  • Technical degree or in business administration with technical experience.
  • Sales experience in construction supply industry.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and good in English or German.

Aufgaben

Tasks

Full responsibility for the business in the Ukraine

Development of local business and establishment of a representative office

Building up local networks with architects, planners, construction companies and distributors

Identification and approach of market potentials

Implementation and evaluation of product lines on the local market

Responsibility for technical and commercial projects

Close cooperation with and direct reporting line to the HQ in Germany

Requirements

  • Technical Degree or degree in business administration with technical experience
  • Sales experience in the construction supply industry with documented success
  • Well-established network with Ukraine architects, planners, and construction companies
  • Good technical understanding
  • Entrepreneurial and sales-oriented personality with integrity
  • High motivation and hands-on-mentality
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and good skills in English or German
  • Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Kiev or willingness to relocate

After successful market development in the Ukraine there is a clear perspective of founding an own country organization and building up and leading a local sales team
