Qualifikationen

Your Responsibilities:

  • Representing our company in the entire sales area
  • Managing and supporting the sales force team with currently 8 employees
  • Supporting key customers
  • Sales planning & pricing
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies
  • Working with international colleagues

Skills: what we expect of you

  • M.Sc. in agronomy, plant sciences or related fields or B.Sc. with relevant professional experience
  • Economic- and customer-oriented action and thinking
  • Team spirit, good social skills, hands-on mentality
  • Initiative and good knowledge of commercial vegetable cultivation or

comparable (advantage)

  • Experience in the distribution of seeds or agricultural products (advantage)
  • Willingness to travel frequently in Germany (mainly) and internationally
  • Driving license class B
  • Very good knowledge of German and English language (spoken, read, written)
