Your mission

BVES member Kraftblock is looking for an experienced sales manager to provide strategic and operational support to their sales team and lead them to success. Become part of their expanding company in energy storage and create the future with them.

  • You are responsible for preparing and successfully executing contract negotiations with clients, aligning their technology with clients needs and coordinating the entire sales process from customer acquisition to closing.
  • You will understand their customers and their requirements, skills that are essential to the growth strategy.
  • You manage sales budgets and ensure sales targets are met.
  • You drive their international expansion into European markets.
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
  • You collaborate with their engineering team to support customers with design-in developments.
  • You identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the green energy market.
  • You develop strategies and conduct potential analyses.
  • You build and continuously strengthen their successful sales team.

Your profile
  • A degree in engineering or a comparable field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the energy sector.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of system requirements.
  • High level of accountability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated work style with quick analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
