What you'll do
  • Drive sales growth in the German OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) market, building strong relationships with key accounts and unlocking new opportunities
  • Develop and implement a dynamic OEM Regional/Country Sales Strategy for Germany aligned with business goals
  • Travel across Germany to meet customers and prospects, maintaining close contact with headquarters in Slovenia
  • Expand your network, analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and set and monitor KPIs
  • Manage and grow a client portfolio, negotiate agreements, prepare documentation (quotations, proposals, contracts), and utilize CRM tools like Salesforce
Who you are
  • You have proven success in B2B sales and business development, with experience in growing accounts and acquiring new customers
  • You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive and innovative, and excel at building relationships
  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong business and technical skills
  • You are a native German speaker with fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
  • You are willing to travel and thrive in a fast-paced environment where strategy and execution meet
