Sales Manager (m/f/d) – with maritime focus

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategic expansion of the maritime B2B customer network as well as the long-term support and retention of existing clients
  • Managing the entire sales process – from proposal preparation to successful contract closure
  • Supporting and assisting international sales partners
  • Occasional participation in selected national and international trade fairs and events
  • Managing and expanding existing customer relationships as well as acquiring new customers
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification with a strong technical affinity
  • Several years of sales experience and a genuine passion for the maritime industry
  • Sales- and target-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for acquiring new customers
  • Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and strong negotiation skills
  • High self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and an independent, results-driven work style
  • Willingness to travel for trade fairs, events, and international client visits, as well as a valid Class B driving license
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English with strong negotiation skills
  • A dedicated, collegial team with flat hierarchies and open communication
