• Достижение целевых продаж и планового роста и прибыльности.
• Готовить конкурентные предложения по транспортным и логистическим решениям.
• Проводить переговоры и заключать транспортные контракты.
• Координировать продажи; представлять DB Cargo на встречах и выставках.

Описание:

TRANSA Spedition GmbH, a subsidiary of DB Cargo, specializes in full-load road and rail transportation across Germany and Europe. Its international network of offices provides customers with innovative transport and logistics solutions.

Задачи:

• Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers and acquire new customers;
• Build and manage an individual sales pipeline within the assigned sales territory;
• Sell trade lanes to increase utilization of the DB Cargo network;
• Secure sales targets and realize planned growth and earnings potential;
• Prepare competitive offers for transport and logistics solutions;
• Conduct result- and customer-oriented negotiations and successfully conclude transport contracts;
• Coordinate sales activities;
• Represent DB Cargo FLS at customer visits, trade fairs, and product and company events.

Требования:

• Completed university or college degree, preferably in transport, logistics, or forwarding, or vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk with several years of professional experience;
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written;
• Very good knowledge and experience in national and international freight transport;
• Precise, confident, and friendly communication skills;
• Structured approach and ability to quickly and correctly understand complex relationships;
• Proactive mindset, strong customer focus, and high sense of responsibility;
• Valid category B driving license;
• High willingness to travel.
