The Role

As a Sales Manager , you won’t just sell - you’ll build a territory , forge your network, and drive scalable revenue. You'll target industries and accounts where tracking, positioning, and wireless communications are critical - think asset tracking, logistics, or automotive tech .

This is a remote position (Germany preferred; open to Austria / Switzerland) offering you the autonomy to operate independently, backed by a powerhouse brand and team.

Your Focus :

  • Own and grow a regional territory across the DACH region.
  • Drive new business in IoT solutions : Bluetooth, GNSS, WiFi, cellular modules .
  • Develop relationships with OEMs, device makers, and key industry players.
  • Work independently but with full support from a high-growth company.

You Bring :

  • 5–10 years in IoT sales , ideally in Bluetooth, GNSS, WiFi , or related.
  • Hunter mentality with proven ability to grow a pipeline and close.
  • Experience targeting OEMs or IoT solution providers.
  • A self-starter mindset, excited by growth and uncapped rewards.
  • German and English fluency.
