Through creative promotions and strategic sponsorships, we achieve successful marketing results and create new trends on Youtube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok.
We aim to become the top agency in this industry. We are looking for motivated team members passionate about social media and gaming. As a Sales Manager, you will manage relationships globally to expand our international reach.
Tasks
- Develop and implement strategic sales approaches to acquire new international clients
- Negotiate and close contracts ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Research and identify potential partners
- Contribute ideas to improve processes
- Build a sales pipeline through outreach, follow-up, and conversion
- Possess B2B experience
- Collaborate with internal teams
Requirements
- Passion for sales and client management
- Minimum 2 years experience as a sales or account manager in the online industry
- Experience in professional client communication, both in person and virtual
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project, and time management
- Excellent English and German skills
- Creative problem-solving skills; passion for gaming and esports is a plus
