You'll join a sales team of 3 as one of the most experienced sales hires, contributing to the growth of this expanding IAM software company.

  • Salary: Up to 100k base, with potential for higher depending on experience; open to discussion. 50/50 base and commission split (uncapped). + company car.
  • Level: 3+ years experience - Mid or Senior
  • Locations: Remote-friendly in Germany; willingness to visit Regensburg, Bavaria, regularly for onboarding and meetings. Occasional customer travel expected.
  • Hours: 40 hours, flexible (early or late start based on preference).

What you'll be doing

As a Sales Manager, you'll be part of a team of 3 salespeople, primarily focused on acquiring new customers and achieving revenue targets. Your approach will be customer-focused, with an emphasis on closing complex sales.

You will report to the COO, who remains actively involved in sales, and collaborate with your colleagues. About 70% of sales are through channel partners, with plans to expand outside Germany. Your main focus will be direct sales to new clients.

Sales cycles typically last 6-9 months, with average deal sizes of €60,000. The current customer base includes approximately 70 on the IGA product and similar numbers for the GRC product, with users ranging from 500 to 250,000, mainly in regulated industries.

The market focus is flexible, with no strict segmentation in terms of sector, deal size, or region.
