  • Managing customer satisfaction, engagement, billing, and contract renewals
  • Identifying potential client leads and contacting them - Includes cold calling
  • Demonstrating new features, campaigns, or products to clients, emphasizing how they can help the company reach its productivity or goals
  • Tracking and keeping up with account invoicing and potential revenue growth
  • Acquire and grow existing and new business

Qualifications and experience :

  • Minimum of two years of experience in one or ideally at least two of the following functions : Account Management / Sales / Customer Support
  • Ability to communicate in a structure manner across departments
  • Work experience with customers and building relationships
  • Outgoing but structured
  • Experience with Managed services and / or Software as a Service (SaaS) products and associated business and pricing models
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment and process / change management
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise assignments
  • Good at teamwork, team is everything for us
  • You are a self starter
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & German
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills are required
  • Candidate must possess demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills
