We’re now entering the German market and are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead the charge.

Your Mission :

As our Sales Manager in Germany, you will be the driving force behind OSW’s entry and growth in the region. You'll build our local presence from the ground up—developing sales strategies, establishing customer relationships, and building a high-performing team to drive revenue and market share in one of Europe's most exciting solar markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Germany
  • Build and lead a local sales team across key regions
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with installers, distributors, and EPCs
  • Own the sales pipeline and manage key accounts end-to-end
  • Collaborate with global teams on pricing, inventory, and logistics
  • Provide insights on market trends, policy, and competitor activity
  • Represent OSW at industry events and trade shows in Germany

Who You Are :

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5+ years in the solar or renewable energy sector
  • Strong network across the German solar industry (EPCs, installers, wholesalers, etc.)
  • Proven experience in building and managing sales teams
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Driven, autonomous, and excited by a startup-like challenge within a global brand
