Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for sales activities in Germany (South or North).
  • Drive sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise sales strategies and support product development initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in the industry/similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the telecom industry or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of network principles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (minimum 3 days per week).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
