We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the Ultrafabrics brand presence in the German market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the textile industry, a deep understanding of the German marketplace, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with key accounts. They should also understand the intricacies of the A&D, Dealer, and Contract Furniture markets and possess strong relationships in each.
Responsibilities
- Manage the German marketplace for Ultrafabrics, developing clear strategies and business plans to ensure continued sales growth.
- Ensure the monthly and annual sales budget is met or exceeded.
- Responsible for monthly reporting of business KPIs and accurately producing sales forecasts.
- Contribute to the annual strategic planning process, including Sales & Marketing budgets.
- Leverage core expertise in A&D, Dealer, and Contract Furniture markets.
- Coordinate with both the Ultrafabrics European and U.S. offices to ensure a global approach.
- Manage key A&D accounts in the German market, securing specifications and procurement.
- Increase Ultrafabrics brand exposure by promoting the brand to relevant stakeholders within the supply chain.
- Target and source new commercial business opportunities as a strategic thinker.
- Utilize existing industry contacts across the A&D & Dealer network to expand market presence.
- Develop lasting relationships with key clients to drive sales growth.
- Analyze customer, competitor, and industry trends, providing insights to EU & US headquarters.
- Present the Ultrafabrics brand and products confidently at all levels, acting as an expert adviser and educator who adds value.
- Maintain customer files and information through proficient use of the Ultrafabrics CRM system.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Show excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and focus.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent education and training.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in a growth-oriented organization serving OEMs and retailers.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Driven, results-oriented, and commercially astute.
- Strong understanding of end-user markets across all sectors.
- Proven ability to achieve significant revenue growth.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Team player who collaborates closely with Operations, Customer Service, and HQ to ensure high-level customer service.

- Capacity to work under pressure and solve problems naturally.
- Strong computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sage CRM.
