Position Overview
We are seeking a strong and charismatic leader with a proven track record in leading oncology or specialty sales teams at a national level. Working closely with the DACH & NL Group Country Manager, Medical Affairs Director, and Associate Director of Access, the successful candidate will help improve the overall success of the leadership team and enable the team to overachieve sales and revenue targets.
Operational excellence is a key driver in our business. Close collaboration with the commercial operations team in Zug is essential for success.
This role will be based in South Germany, with regular travel to our office in Munich.
